Beet Greens and Vegetable Salad
garlic 2 cloves
salt to taste
First, remove the skin of vegetables -- potato, beetroot, carrot, beans, saute for 20 minutes. Cut the vegetable into small size cubes, cut onion, tomato and garlic very small pcs, add two spoons of oil in vegetables. Mix together all ingredients and add salt to taste. Add one spoon of vinegar. Decorate with coriander leaves.
Salad is ready to eat. This is a healthful salad that provides a good amount of iron and potassium.
